Online Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and driven Online Customer Success Representative to join our team at Blinkit in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Associate Level employee, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and relationship management - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and issues - Utilize customer feedback to improve our online user experience - Monitor customer accounts and ensure they are utilizing our services to their full potential

Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service or customer success role - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to lead customer interactions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

Soft Skills: - Strong decision-making skills in high-pressure situations - Ability to take on leadership roles in customer interactions
