Online Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

Cult.fit is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Customer Success Representative to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist customers in navigating our online platform, troubleshooting any issues they may encounter. 3. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any concerns or issues they may have. 4. Collaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing to improve the overall customer experience. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to our products and services. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Resilient and independent personality traits. 4. Strong decision-making skills and adaptability. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
