Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and dedicated Online Live Chat Representative to join our team at Vedantu in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with clients. This part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely manner through live chat. 2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with clients. 3. Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Utilize creativity to provide innovative solutions to customer inquiries. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and excellent service delivery. 6. Meet and exceed performance targets for response times and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Strong time management and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Confidence in handling customer inquiries and providing solutions. 6. Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service. 7.
