Remote Support Associate

Job Description:

Rupeek is seeking a motivated and resilient Remote Support Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our customers and assisting them with their queries and concerns.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide troubleshooting and technical support to customers experiencing issues with our products or services - Assist customers with account management tasks, such as updating personal information or processing payments - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and troubleshooting activities - Identify trends in customer queries and provide feedback to the team to improve our products and services

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer support role - Motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting - Resilient and able to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using remote support tools and software
