Job Description:

Ather Energy is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to work remotely from home in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients and resolving any technical issues they may encounter. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions and workarounds to customers. 3. Collaborating with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues. 4. Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions. 5. Educating customers on product features, upgrades, and troubleshooting steps. 6. Participating in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and support techniques. 7. Achieving and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings. 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. 3. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Adaptable and confident personality traits. 6. Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role. 7. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
