Remote Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Cleartrip is looking for a Remote Web Chat Officer to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Web Chat Officer will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service through online chat communication with our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with booking, cancellations, and changes to their travel arrangements. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay informed about company products and services to provide up-to-date information to customers. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer service and data security.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Motivated and independent personality traits. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cooperatively with team members. 4. Excellent written communication skills. 5. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as needed.
