Support Representative - Remote Work

Licious, a leading online platform for fresh meat and seafood delivery, is seeking a part-time Support Representative to join our remote team based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support to our valued customers.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat - Providing product information and guidance to customers - Processing orders and handling returns or exchanges - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Documenting all customer interactions and feedback - Contributing to team meetings and training sessions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Ability to cooperate with team members and effectively manage people - Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technology and systems - Independent and proactive work ethic
