Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Samsung India is seeking a motivated and adaptable Web Chat Associate to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for handling online customer queries and providing support through web chat services. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat services in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Utilize company resources and knowledge base to provide accurate and efficient responses - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously improve customer satisfaction by actively listening to customer feedback and suggestions

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or web chat support - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information - Adaptability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and situations - Motivated to provide excellent customer service and exceed expectations - Leadership skills to take charge when necessary and guide customers through complex issues - Presentation skills to effectively communicate information and solutions to customers
