Accommodation Supervisor

The Hyatt Centric The Liberties is excited to be recruiting for an Accommodation Supervisor to join our award winning team.

Responsibilities

• You will assist with the management of the Accommodation department and ensure strict compliance with hotels policies and procedures.
• Ensure the effective management of the Accommodation department and ensure the day-to-day operations are carried out in line with company standards.
• Ensure that the cleanliness of bedrooms, corridors, linen room and public areas within the hotel are maintained to the highest standards.
• Liaising & communicating with front office and reservations teams regarding room status.
• Supervise the activities of a great Accommodation team.
• Daily monitoring of rooms - arrivals, departures and stayovers.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are implemented.
