About you:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager. elay.io, now part of The Access Group, is an engagement automation platform using Conversational AI to help recruiters automate their candidate attraction and business development engagement. In this role, you will be pivotal in building and nurturing strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Your primary focus will be on retaining existing accounts while identifying opportunities to upsell our platform, driving both customer retention and revenue growth. If you excel at fostering client relationships and have a passion for helping businesses succeed, we'd love to hear from you! elay.io saves time by automatically managing conversations, allowing recruiters to focus on high-quality interactions with clients and candidates.

Day-to-day, you will:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering long-term relationships.
  2. Educate customers on the benefits of our products and services.
  3. Oversee customer retention processes to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  4. Monitor customer usage and engagement, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with sales and support teams to resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
  6. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  7. Maintain accurate customer records and provide regular reports on customer metrics.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to articulate ideas clearly and build strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely: Self-motivated and efficient in managing tasks without direct supervision.
  • Experience in managing and nurturing client relationships: Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills: Expertise in resolving issues, organizing tasks, and managing projects effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools: Proficient in using CRM systems to manage client data and interactions.
  • Experience in the recruitment industry would be advantageous; however, it is not essential.
