Job Description - Administrator - Italian speaking desk

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
  • Manage incoming customer inquiries and ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth operations.
  • Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends or areas for improvement.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Monitor and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with inventory management and order processing.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Italian 
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales-related tools preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to provide exceptional service.
