Are you ready to take your leadership skills to the next level? Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their brand-new, high-volume retail store in Co. Waterford!

As Assistant Manager , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our client's new store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, provide excellent customer service, and foster a positive work environment. Your leadership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting will be key to driving the store's performance and achieving business goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and ensure smooth running of the store.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and ordering.
• Implement and maintain high standards of merchandising and store presentation.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Drive sales and profitability to meet store targets.

Skills and experience required:

• Proven track record in a supervisory or management role, ideally in a high-volume retail environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions quickly.

Salary: €32,500-34,500 DOE.
