Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a 360 consultant with a proven billing record within Ireland, to help grow our footprint in Ireland and take the team to the next level.

This year, we've established a team in our new Dublin office, and you would be joining as a valued member of this fresh and dynamic team that's already hitting the ground running.

The role will be an expectation of a minimum of 3 days of the week in the office 2 days remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Focus on building relationships with clients and candidates.
• Work with our global teams effectively, you’ll be working with teams in London, Serbia and across Europe frequently.
• Work with clients directly to understand the various types of positions that we source for.
• Win new accounts through leveraging new or existing relationships
• Sourcing candidates through a variety of methods
• All aspects of the recruitment life cycle including screening, interview, and managing the process
• Work with and support the more Senior Consultants within the team.

Skills and Experience

• Previous recruitment experience is preferred but also sales in another environment is also suitable.
• Experience working towards targets or KPI’s.
• Advanced communication skills with a high ability to negotiate.
• Sales driven mindset; achievement oriented.
• Self-starter, highly motivated.
• Independent person with good organization skills.
