Role: Bartender Location:Sammy's Gift Store & Cafe, Inch Beach, Co. Kerry Contract:Fixed Term, 5 days rostered over 7, Monday to Sunday Ability to work weekdays as well as weekends essential.   About Us: Sammy's is located directly on the beach at Inch Strand on Kerry's stunning Dingle Peninsula. At Sammys we are dedicated to providing our customers with a warm and friendly welcome when they visit us.   The Role: Greeting customers in a warm and friendly manner. Proficient knowledge of drink service. Including the making of cocktails and the service of draught drinks, spirits & wines. Staying attentive to the needs of the customer during their visit. Keep bar area clean and tidy throughout the day. Food service experience an advantage. Deal with hazards promptly such as spillages and breakages.          Comply with current up to date health, safety, hygiene, fire HACCP and security regulations of the company.
