DescriptionTulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort are currently recruiting for Experienced Bar Staff to join our wonderful team!Our HotelMore than just a hotel. Tulfarris is one of the most picturesque hotels in Wicklow. Our luxurious hotel consists of 89 guest rooms and 3 self-catering lodges with their own unique story and style which provide the perfect setting for weddings and all sorts of special events. The Brasserie and The Fairways Restaurant serve an array of delicious food in a relaxing environment which boasts panoramic views across our golf course, the Blessington Lakes and Wicklow Mountains. All our food is sourced locally from our Irish farmers, cheese mongers and suppliers. We're also causing quite the stir with our fine selection of beers and cocktails! Located just 45 minutes from Dublin City and 25 minutes from the M50, the hotel is easily accessible.The RoleThe ideal candidates will be friendly, well presented, who enjoy interacting with people and will have a minimum 1 years experience in a similar role. Fluent English is required for this position. The ability to work as part of a team is essential, as are excellent cash handling and customer care skills.Duties include:- To greet guests on arrival and seat them appropriately- To swerve guests in a polite and timely manner- Full knowledge of all items (food & drinks) on the menu- Stocking up bar and preparing for service- Take and proce4ss beverage orders- Keeping your work area clean and tidy- Clearing down after service- Handling cash & credit card payments and complying with company cash handling procedures- Assisting and helping out in the restaurant when it's requiredIdeal Candidate will have possess the following;- Previous experience working in a Bar - Ambition to develop- Standards driven- Excellent customer service- Ability to work under pressureConsidering the nature of our industry, this role will involve mid-week shifts & weekend work.All applicants must have permission to work in Ireland.Why Work With Us?We are a team of talented professionals who work well together and we are a fun team to work with.
