Cafe Manager Dublin

Irish Family owned company is looking for a Cafe Manager for our cafe in RaKnocklyon Shopping Centre. We specialise in good food, great coffee and excellent customer service. We take real pride in our service, food, and drink standards. We are looking for highly motivated team members who love working in the catering industry, who love dealing with customers, who are proud of the service they provide and are passionate for what they do.

We are looking for an enthusiastic hands on manager for this cafe in Knocklyon. This role would suit someone coming from a high volume background and someone that excels in customer service. Supervising experience is essential.

The ideal individual will have a passionate for coffee, driving standards and who thrives on a challenge.

The successful candidate will also have:

• 1 years retail / catering supervisor experience a distinct advantage
• Analytically thinking ability / Decisiveness / Forward Planning
• Strong customer service ethic
• Experience in delegating tasks
• Initiative, enthusiasm and drive
• Excellent communication and motivation skills
• Good coffee knowledge & barista skills (and advantage however not essential)
• A positive, energetic & professional outlook
• An ability to thrive under pressure and manage challenging environments
