Client Profile Information Management Administrator

We are currently working with an Investment Management firm who are looking to add a Client Profile and Information Management Administrator to their team. As part of the team you will ensure the firms clients receive excellent service when opening an account.

Role Duties Include:

• Input Investor Profiles liaise with Wealth Management teams.
  
• Guarantee all changes to client data are processed in line with SLAs and daily deadlines Client Asset Regulations AML Regulations and Internal procedures.
  
• Ensure clients are given access to online services.
  
• Ensure all documents are completed in their entirety and in a compliant fashion.
  
• Maintain input and rejection stats .
  

Requirements

• Experienced in reviewing anti money laundering documentation
  
• Strong customer service skills
  
• Proficient in MS Office suite particularly MS Word and Excel
  
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
