Job Description - Client Relations and Service Agent

Job title: Client Relations and Service Agent – German Speaking

Location: Cork

Start Date: July 2024 (ASAP)

Salary: €32K + performance bonus + benefits

Benefits: Healthcare, tax saver/ cycle to work and fitness scheme, relocation assistance if based outside IE, free parking, and more.

Hours: Monday – Sunday schedules, 8:00am-4:30pm daily. Flexibility needed.

Work Model: Fully on-site.

Abrivia Recruitment presents an exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Client Relations and Service Agent.

Join a dynamic and supportive team working with a global FinTech client where collaboration and mutual assistance are highly valued. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing their experience with the client’s services. As part of our team, You’ll have the chance to participate in various engagement teams and committees, contributing to a vibrant and enjoyable workplace atmosphere.

As a crucial member of our client’s customer support team, your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service through email and chat mediums with phone interactions required from time to time.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality support service via chat and email. Phone medium required occasionally.
  • Respond to customer enquiries efficiently and professionally and liaising with other departments for support to ensure sufficient response is delivered. When required, ensure case ownership and follow up on your individual caseload.
  • Ensure accuracy in all correspondence and update the system accordingly.
  • Help improve processes to become more efficient and elevate customer experiences
  • Have excellent product knowledge to ensure you can advise and provide support to assist and resolve customer issues.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Fluency in both English and German. Strong written skills required.
  • Excellent people skills and problem solving abilities.
  • Target and goal-oriented experience
  • Experience in a customer service / people focused environment from any sector.
  • Tech savvy and strong administration skills
  • Interest in learning and development into the IT and financial services industries
