CLINCAL NURSE MANAGER

We are Hiring   a CLINCAL NURSE MANAGER 2 - PAEDIATRIC COMPLEX CARE for our Nursing home in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

· Efficiently manage the day to day running of the complex paediatric care side of the business
· Allocate resources in conjunction with complex care team and monitor performance to deliver high quality, safe and effective homecare to clients
· Lead all aspects of creating, developing, and maintaining clear and effective individualised care plans so clients have the best quality of care in their homes
· Manage all aspects of the complex care staff team.

· Provide strong leadership so staff are clear about their respective duties and responsibilities and have the support they need to carry out their roles safely.
· Be responsible for the safe delivery of the service in line with legislative requirements and company policy and procedures
 

Requirements

• Registered Nurse on the Live Register (RGN / RCN/ RNID as required) of NMBI

• A nursing qualification is essential

• Management experience at CNM 1 level or above

• Experience of care services, risk assessment and individual care and support
