Job Description - Customer Service Advisor

Capita Ireland are recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join our team, working on a hybrid basis from your home and also our offices in Little Island. As part of the hybrid model, post training you will work 2 days in office and the remainder of you shift day's from home. You’ll join a small, friendly and dedicated team to support our clients customers with general enquiries and ensure a positive impression and proactive service is provided at all times. On Day 1 you will complete induction and set up systems at our office in Little Island. During training, you will work 2 days per week in the office and the remainder of your scheduled training time at home, therefore it is key that you are able to commute easily to our office. You'll work across Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8am to 8pm (M-F) & 9am to 5.30pm Saturday, 37.5 hours per week. The address for our office is: 2 Eastgate Rd, Castleview, Little Island, Co. Cork, T45 EK50 please ensure you are able to commute to our office before applying.

Job Description

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Handle a high number of customer queries via telephone
  • Answer all queries in a positive manner, ensuring you give a positive image and great first impression to all contacts
  • Ensure day-to-day service delivery targets are met, dealing with all queries and requests in a timely, professional and consistent manner
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers, team members and clients through open and interactive communication
  • Use multiple systems to navigate each customer account & accurately record all contact interactions on systems in line with expected process

What we’re looking for: 

  • Previous experience working in similar environment
  • Being highly methodical with a thorough attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with all callers
  • Having excellent organisational skills
  • Having the ability to work to stringent customer service SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Demonstrating confidence and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Showing excellent PC (including the Microsoft suite, most notably Excel) and data entry skills
  • Bringing a proactive attitude with the ability and ambition to develop role in the future
