Job Description - Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a Customer Service executive for our client, one of Ireland's premium employers. A terrific package with hybrid options (50/50) is available for the successful candidate.

 

The role has two main duties:

 

  1. Our client has a large list of members, and this role involves helping onboard them and following up with after-sales servicing to ensure that the members are satisfied and making the most of their subscription. The role will involve a lot of phone calls that will be scripted up to a point, and this means that there will be a repetitive nature to this aspect of the position.
  2. The role will also mean liaising with senior managers within the organisation to ensure that standards are consistently met, and will also find ways of constantly improving the service and the onboarding process. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator.

Experience:

 

• Experience in a customer service or client support role
• Experience in onboarding new customers or clients preferred but not essential
• Experience in managing and tracking projects
• Experience in data entry and management preferred

 

Business/Technical Skills:


• Strong organisation Skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience
