We are currently recruiting a  Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Carton House.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out all tasks outlined in the shift task list to a high level.
• Assists in managing efficient & quality food preparation at all assigned sections.
• Participates in the preparation of mise-en-place for all assigned kitchens.
• Maintains proper rotation of product in all chillers to minimize wastage/spoilage.
• Adapts an entrepreneurial approach by; continuously seeking out areas for improvement and addressing those through innovative solutions and by initiating change.
• Actively contributes to the departmental key performance indicators listed under span of control.

The successful candidate will:

• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service.
• Be standards driven and detail-orientated.
• The ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
• Be flexible, both early and late shift roster.
• A good command of the English Language.
• Detailed knowledge of HACCP.
• Relevant professional qualification.
