Job Description - Feature Activation Specialist UK&I

The Opportunity

Phorest powers 10,000 hair and beauty salons using our software across the globe. Our aim is to capture 25% of the market globally – that’s one million salons and a billion-dollar company.

We are growing fast and would like to add a new member to our team. You will join a group of highly motivated individuals, to help us grow Phorest faster.

What you’ll do:

Pay

  • Project lead for attachment of Pay Features with new clients

  • Assisting salons in the set-up of their Phorest Pay terminal device

  • Supporting existing Pay customers with their technical and commercial queries

  • Ensuring seamless and successful onboarding for new Pay customers in UK and Ireland

  • Building out processes to support our new Pay solution(s)

  • Tracking and monitoring of all logistics in relation to PhorestPay Terminals, as well as ensuring a consistent experience for all clients

  • Develop best-in-class logistical tracking processes, verified and signed off by leadership

Branded App

  • You will be responsible for all aspects of Phorest’s Salon Branded App, assisting clients with the initial set-up, build, training, launch & adoption of Branded App features and benefits

  • Manage internal requirements for Branded App setup

  • Work as part of the Onboarding team supporting Onboarding Specialists in day-to-day hardware needs, branded app support and setup

  • Work across support, grow and sales teams to ensure consistency in Salon Branded App communications and processes

  • Train teams on the Salon Branded App and Hardware requirements/needs for new clients

  • Monitor, review and report on the success of Salon Branded App Adoption

  • Work with the Product team to reduce the manual overhead required to create the apps and communicate client needs/product requests

  • Work with clients regarding hardware needs and provide consultations and training when needed

Change of Ownerships (COO):

  • You will be responsible for any change of ownerships, communicating with clients regarding this and the required paperwork.

  • Manage the process of COO from the initial typeform until the process is fully complete.

  • Working with other departments (Grow, Finance, Phorest Pay) to ensure the COO is successfully completed and handed over to the correct department once completed.

  • Work closely with the Onboaridng team to ensure a seamless and successful COO onboarding.

  • Take responsibility for any training required by the new owner and ensure all features are set up and activated on the COO account.

  • You will also be required to help the Onboaring team with any business splits / business merges and re-activations.

  • Ask incisive questions and are comfortable discussing complex customer requirements

  • Have strong empathy, resilience and emotional intelligence

  • Own the point of escalation & provide action-based solutions to clients

  • Build great internal relationships that support a stellar customer experience around the Salon Branded App & Phorest Pay terminals
