Our client, a busy office located in Sligo require a Front Desk Receptionist to join their team.
This is a permanent contract, onsite 5 days per week.
Responsibilities
As a Front Desk Receptionist , you will be responsible for the following:
- Meet & greet customers in office – ensure all callers to the office & on the phone have an exceptional experience each time & feel that we are knowledgeable & as helpful as possible
- Phone call – enquiries, viewing requests, engineer inspections etc
- Setting up viewings with viewer / owner / seller
- Co-ordinate & prepare diaries of management
- Prepare sales listings / brochures
- Ordering placement of For Sale Boards/Sale Agreed/Sold & removal of same
- Prepare appraisal letters
- Ensure front office is presented well at all times; update brochure display; update window displays
Skills Required
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in a busy customer service & administration role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised
