Purpose
The Fundraising and Digital Marketing Lead will play an important role delivering Camphill Communities of Ireland (CCoI) Digital Fundraising and Communications objectives. Lead the improvement of CCoI donor experience through a variety of direct marketing campaigns, website and social media content management and increasing the organisation's understanding of its position in the digital fundraising space.
The successful candidate will support CCoI's commitment to the digital growth of its brand and presence. This is an exciting role for someone who is looking to demonstrate creativity and take ownership of raising visibility, awareness and understanding of CCoI and its work. To succeed in this role you will be able to demonstrate past experience of delivering digital and marketing campaigns
The principal duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Development and delivery of digital marketing, communications and donation campaigns.
Work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to develop, launch, monitor and review digital marketing campaigns focused on securing online donations, online fundraisers and online followers.
Identify new and improved approaches to optimise digital marketing campaigns, including testing different creative approaches, audience targeting and messaging.
Support the development and delivery of major digital fundraising campaigns, both in a standalone campaign capacity and as part of a number of integrated 'through the line' multi-channel activities.
Work closely with the Senior Management Team to develop effective approaches to recruiting and engaging fundraisers and event participants.
Develop the continued use of digital communications to engage CCoI's supporters and audiences.
Develop and deliver a broad range of digital communications (e-newsletters, email appeals, social media campaigns) to engage, retain and develop existing and new donors.
Lead on the segmentation, targeting and personalisation of digital communications to CCoI's many audiences.
Identify new opportunities to streamline and deliver more effective supporter experiences through engaging and tailored digital communications activities.
Play a leading role in brand led campaigns aimed at growing CCoI's audience and supporter base.
Lead the development and delivery of campaigns and activities focused on growing CCoI's monthly giving donor base.
Monitor, review and report on CCoI's monthly giving donor base, including attrition rates, tenure and retention drivers.
Manage activities across different channels focused on acquisition of new monthly donors, with a primary focus on digital recruitment campaigns and communications.
Manage the ongoing development of excellent supporter care approaches and processes.
Manage the donor care processes including donation processing, acknowledgement letter fulfillment, data management and other important supporter touch points.
Identify and propose solutions to gaps or issues in CCoI's Supporter Experience to ensure long term supporter retention.
Manage the delivery of traditional and integrated campaigns.
Manage the development of new campaigns, including sourcing content from the field, external suppliers and data management.
Manage key steps of major campaigns to ensure on time delivery.
Develop and share reports on campaign performance and analysis.
Financial Reporting and Administration
Provide support to colleagues in relation to fundraising income and analysis.
Develop work plans and finance reports to agreed deadlines, format and standard.
Undertake administration and financial processes in relation to reconciliation, thank you letters, banking and accurate record keeping.
Implementation of the tax-efficient giving programme to maximise income to CCoI.
Process all Grant and Fund Applications from beginning to end.
Coordination of donor database management, ensuring high quality and accuracy of data inputting.
Managing overall data quality of donor database with regular quality checks and reporting
on same across all users.
Provide a courteous, helpful and professional service to all CCoI staff, Community Members with support Needs, donors and volunteers.
Comply with all policies, procedures, legal and regulatory requirements, and best practice, including GDPR and PCI compliance.

Degree in Business/Marketing with significant Digital Marketing course content required.
Minimum of 3 years proven experience working in a Digital marketing/communications/fundraising role
Excellent eye for design and ability to develop social media visuals.
Outstanding level of attention to detail and excellent planning skills
Ability to work independently, take initiative spotting opportunities, challenges and potential improvements.
Good understanding of social media KPIs and how they are related to digital marketing objectives.
Ability to understand and interpret data to draw out valuable, actionable insights
Team player and confident in liaising with various teams
Excellent knowledge of Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube
Well-versed in digital marketing tools and practices and confident in managing audience variety of audience engagement.
Ability to simplify BITCI offering online and build brand awareness.
Must be results focused with strong experience of meeting deadlines.
A track record in successfully promoting and building brands online.
Strong project management skills - ability to manage numerous projects and organise resources effectively.

Details of the Role:
Salary Scale: Grade V (€44,128 - €52,926) commencing at point one of the scale.
Location: This role is based in Naas - hybrid role (Office Base: National Office, Dunshane Camphill Naas, Co. Kildare W91 XV5T)
Contract: Full time permanent
