General Maintenance

Job Summary:
We're currently seeking a versatile and experienced General Maintenance professional to join our team in Dublin. If you're proficient in various maintenance tasks including carpentry, plastering, tiling, and masonry, with additional experience in bathroom repair, plumbing, or electrical work, then we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:

1. Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks including carpentry, plastering, tiling, and masonry repairs and installations as needed, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
2. Conduct general maintenance tasks such as painting, plasterboard repair, utilising your skills and expertise to enhance the appearance and functionality of properties.
3. Utilise bathroom repair expertise to address issues such as leaks, tile replacement, and fixture installation, delivering efficient and effective solutions to meet client needs.
4. Handle plumbing and electrical tasks as required, including minor repairs and installations, with a focus on safety and compliance with industry standards.
5. Utilise service management software such as Servicem8 to track and document job progress, including notes and photos, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
6. Work independently and as part of a team to complete maintenance projects efficiently and effectively, demonstrating professionalism and dedication to achieving quality results.
7. Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues at all times, prioritizing the well-being of all stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in general maintenance, with a minimum of 10 years in a similar role, demonstrating a solid foundation of skills and knowledge across multiple trades.
2. Strong carpentry, plastering, tiling, and masonry skills, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in your craft.
3. Experience in bathroom repair and remodeling, showcasing your ability to deliver high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction in this specialized area.
4. Proficiency in using service management software such as Servicem8 to track job progress and documentation, enhancing efficiency and communication in your role.
5. Full driving license and Possession of a Safe Pass or willingness to obtain one (if expired can be renewed), demonstrating a commitment to safety and compliance with industry standards.
6. Willingness to undergo a probation period of 6 months, during which your performance and suitability for the role will be assessed, ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership with our company.
