HR Business Partner

Excel Recruitment are searching for a Human Resources Business Partner to join a client team in Limerick.

Requirements:

• Relevant Business Degree with CIPD accreditation or on the path to accreditation
• 2 - 3 years post graduate experience at HR Administration or HR Generalist level
• A desire to gain experience in a busy hospitality environment, working with a team of part-time and full-time employees
• Experience in planning of staff training, performance management, goal setting, employee appraisals is desirable
