HR Business Partner-maternity contract

Cpl HR Recruitment have a new opportunity in a HRBP capacity in Westmeath for a 12 month maternity contract, with a developing organisation who are in high growth to support the people function across the Republic of Ireland and North Ireland in a collaborative, friendly environment. With a head count of over 220 employees, this full 360 position will allow an experienced candidate to gain further experience in a variety of projects, including talent development, succession planning along with other areas.

Roles and responsibilities will include areas such as:

• Employee relations
• Employee engagement
• Talent and succession planning
• Front line HR support
• Project involvement
• Performance management

Skills and experience required:

• HR Degree or similar would be desirable
• CIPD qualified
• Experience in a fast moving, multi-site organisation
• Ability to support the ROI and NI markets
• 4+ years HR experience with Irish Employee Legislation
• Full driver licence, with the ability to travel
