Job Title: Insurance Sales Agent

Location: Dublin

Abrivia are currently recruiting for an Insurance Sales Agent to join our client, a leading Insurance Broker, in their Dublin City Centre office. This role is well suited to individuals who are highly motivated, passionate about sales, and hungry to further develop their skills in the insurance industry.

Your Role:

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role will be responsible for driving sales of personal insurance products to new customers.
Deal with incoming sales inquiries appropriately and make use of any available outbounding opportunities.
Oversee the sales process for new potential customers.
Contacting potential clients to discuss their needs.
Optimising opportunities for cross-selling/up-selling.
Adhering to guidelines, procedures, and management directives at all times.
Plan and arrange your workload to make sure you make the most of all available opportunities.
Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
Taking part in trade exhibitions and conferences when necessary.

Your Skills:

Previous experience in a sales or target-driven role preferably within Insurance.
APA/CIP qualification or working towards same.
Strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage own workload.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and independently.
