Intellectual Property Specialist

Summary:

The main function of a property specialist is to utilize reports and data as well as collaborate with team and stakeholders to provide improvements and subject matter expertise in property policies. They will also provide project management skills and both quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive efficiencies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and process incoming reports of alleged legal rights infringement.

• Own market-based key metrics such as SLAs, quality, accuracy, and escalation rates.

• Execute both quantitative and qualitative analysis of data and trends to proactively deliver insights, define goals, and drive improvements.

• Effectively plan and collaborate with team members on data driven projects to improve internal processes and policies.

• Collaborate with Legal and other stakeholders (product, sales, ops, etc.) to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects.

• Develop skills in several different areas including project management and subject matter expertise in intellectual property policies.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and/or masters or equivalent experience.

• Professional experience, preferably with a background in operations/risk and response.

• 2-4 years of experience required.
