The Role:

  • You will seek to understand clients needs in order to deliver customised meaningful recruitment solutions.
  • Finding and engaging with new points of contact within past clients.
  • Enhancing client commitment and engagement through in-person meetings.
  • Negotiating and agreeing on improved terms of business with current and past clients.
  • You will consistently achieve positive results by hitting your weekly/monthly targets.
  • You will act as a skilled negotiator at all levels and quickly resolve client & candidate issues.

We would especially love to hear from you if:

  • You have previous experience in a fast-paced role (min 1y)
  • You are motivated by working towards KPI’s and personal goals.
  • A sound commercial sense and a high level of confidence in negotiating both with clients and candidates are among your strengths.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders, challenging where necessary.
  • Proven ability to prioritise and work accurately to tight deadlines.
  • A customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
