Manufacturing Project Manager Our client, a global provider of custom automation systems and moulders is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Kildare. What's on offer:

The Ideal Candidate:

• Do you have experience/background managing projects in a Manufacturing setting?
• Do you have a qualification in Engineering/Program Management or relevant field?
• Experience in a high-volume Injection Moulding Environment is essential.
• Strong GMP experience is necessary.
• Do you enjoy leading teams and managing small- & large-scale projects?
• QMS (preferably ISO13485) is desired

The role:

• Plan, schedule, and control project activities to set out product requirements
• Ensure appropriate resources are assigned to the project team.
• Manage stakeholders during the lifecycle of the project.
• Monitor and track the progress of the project, providing status updates as required
• Manage budgets and cost control
• Coach and develop Project Team Members
• Deliver accurate, concise and high-quality project documentation.
• Manage the timely resolution of issues and concerns, engaging with stakeholders with a solution focused approach.
• Manage risks and change requests.
• Ensure highest Quality & Compliance standards, participating and complying with the Quality Management System.
• Identify and generate opportunities for improvement and actively participate in the implementation of corrective action plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including quality requirements, financial controls, health and safety regulations, etc.
