Marketing & Communications Executive

MAN Commercial Protection have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Communications Executive to join us at our busy Head Office in Solihull.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain social media channels - ensure content is appropriate, consistent and in keeping with the brand
• Curate and distribute internal communications including company updates and staff newsletters 
• Implement ideas to grow website traffic and social media following 
• Create content through photography - attending sites and Training Academy for content shoots
• Create and regularly update website content to ensure it remains current
• Implement ideas for website development, both written and visual 
• Create and distribute effective external marketing materials that promote our services to a database of prospective clients 
• Prepare and circulate industry press releases
• Monitor SEO and produce reporting on data & trends
• Generate social media analytics reports
• Respond to initial enquiries and queries through social media channels
• Research digital and press promotional opportunities
• Support at various Company events including networking mornings and client visits
• Support the People & Communications Director with various internal and external comms and business development projects 

The Ideal Candidate will have:

•  A strong academic background as well as practical organisational skills and the ability to think fast and outside the box
• Great written and spoken communication skills
• Excellent creative copywriting and proof-reading skills
• A personable and collaborative working style 
• Willingness to take on new challenges and an enthusiasm to learn from and share with others
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple ongoing activities
• Previously published writing (paper or on-line). This can be from university or previous role, a website or even your own regular blog (samples will be requested)
• Digital publishing skills
• Strong social media skills and understanding of all platforms 
• Passion, enthusiasm and a real willingness to learn about and engage with our business, employees and both prospective and current clients. The successful candidate will be someone who can live the Company values and understands the MAN Commercial story and vision for the future.
