We are currently seeking to hire a Marketing Manager to join our marketing department and work closely with our Consulting function.

The pace of technology evolution, the changing geopolitical landscape, growing regulatory demands and increased competition are all disrupting long established business models.Our Consulting teams work collaboratively to develop solutions to our clients’ most complex issues around performance (maximising value) and governance (preserving value).

A snapshot of your peer group:

• 5+ years’ experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within a professional services, financial services or similar environment.
• Proven track record with relationship management and an ability to understand and respond to the needs of internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge and understanding of professional services offerings and the wider business environment.
• Third level qualification in marketing or related business discipline
• Ability to plan medium-long term proactive marketing campaigns
• Proven ability to execute a large programme of events (virtual and in person)
• Experience of CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Proven experience of imbedding digital in the overall marketing mix

• Develop and implement go-to-market campaigns for Consulting’s services and solutions, that deliver material impact in the market and drive revenue growth.
• Forging strong relationships with key personnel in designated sectors and/or functions with a view to providing ongoing strategic direction and support.
• Delivering qualitative and quantitative results on marketing initiatives.
• Ensuring continuous improvement in our extensive hybrid events programme.
• Demonstrating innovation and creativity in sponsorship activation.
• Developing the firm’s core strategic networks.
• Proactively acquiring industry and service line knowledge to enable quality of service to the business.

Your team:

The Marketing department is made up of 45 professionals providing marketing support and advice to the Audit, Tax, Advisory, Consulting and Support functions. The department supports the development and implementation of marketing plans to respond to market trends and seek cross selling opportunities in order to meet our growth ambition. This role will work directly with our Consulting function, who are recognized as market leaders in delivering insights-driven consulting services to commercial and public sector clients.
