Job Description - Network Planning Analyst

The Role

Ryanair, Europe’s largest airline, is looking for an ambitious, driven and hardworking analytical individual to join Europe’s busiest Commercial Team as a Network Planning Analyst in the Long-Term Planning Team. The successful candidate will be based in Ryanair’s Dublin Offices and report directly to the Long-Term Planning Manager. You will work as part of a small team responsible for the planning, optimising and building of schedules for all airlines within the Ryanair Group operating over 25,000+ flights a week. We will need our internal talent to show that they have the ability to take on more responsibility and there will be a lot of opportunity for the right candidate to grow their career at Ryanair.

You will be responsible for :

  • Construction of schedules for all airlines within the Ryanair Group.
  • Integration of new aircraft deliveries into the network.
  • Work with Sales & Marketing teams to plan the launch of new routes and bases.
  • Analysis of schedule efficiency.
  • Work with internal and external parties to develop advanced planning technology.
  • Communication of key scheduling and performance information to senior management.
  • Work with all departments within the company to facilitate performance improvement requests.
  • Resolving ad-hoc queries/requests as they arise.

Requirements

  • Ability to solve multi-dimensional problems.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work to tight timescales.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Systems literate.
  • Strong excel skills.
  • Third level qualification an advantage.
