4* Gleneagle Hotel in Killarney, Co. Kerry is currently recruiting for OD's Restaurant Supervisor to join their team on the full-time basis.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • To work with the Restaurant Manager to oversee service.
  • To help to plan for business in the restaurant including staff rostering, station allocation, dining times.
  • To train and help to on-board new team members
  • To ensure consistent high standards of customer service are delivered at all times.
  • To ensure all team members are up to date on what is happening in the restaurant and in the hotel daily.
  • To ensure all billing is accurate.

 

Skills required:

  • Previous experience in food or beverage supervision preferably in a larger property
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and ability to operate as a member of a team
