Process Business Analyst

Oliver James have partnered with a leading Financial Services client in Dublin who are going through a significant transformation period and are seeking a Process Business Analyst to join their team on an initial 6 month day rate contract.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing, designing, and improving business processes within our organisation to drive efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.

Some key responsibilities:

1. Process analysis, documentation (as it & to be), gap analysis
2. Requirement gathering & specification
3. Business process improvement

You will be working closely with various business stakeholders, conducting thorough analysis & documentation of existing business processes to identify pain points, inefficiencies, areas for improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions.

The role:

• Initial 6 month day rate contract (with extensions)
