What are we looking for in our Project Manager - Compliance & Training?

We are seeking a consultant for a fixed-term assignment (4-6 months) to support the evolution of our client's Compliance and Training Organizational model to align with current and future business requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a structured approach to coordinating the efforts of our leadership team, acting as a facilitator between strategists and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate the current organizational model, compile data, and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop a comprehensive future state organizational structure.
• Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.
• Identify areas for potential cost savings or other improvements through restructuring.
• Communicate any identified risks or constraints in a timely manner.
• Prepare a detailed business case, including financial implications and benefits.
• Develop and execute a change management plan, ensuring smooth transition and adoption.
• Craft and implement communication strategies to keep all relevant parties informed and engaged.
• Work closely with senior leaders to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency.

Degree Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field
• 10+ years in organizational change management or project management.
• Experience working in multinational company (not necessarily pharma)
• Background in HR Transformation or Operations Excellence (quality of supply chain)
• Proven track record with large-scale projects and multiple stakeholders
• Understanding of change management principles.
• Understanding of financial modeling and budgeting.
