Job Description:
SilverCloud Health is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from home in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar customer-facing position.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support through various communication channels. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for the customer and drive improvements in our products and services. - Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. - Act as a customer advocate within the company, providing feedback on customer needs and preferences.
Requirements: - Energetic and hardworking personality traits are essential to succeed in this role. - Strong soft skills including critical thinking and time management are necessary for effective customer support. - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
