Job Description:
Salesforce Ireland is seeking a Customer Support Manager to join our team in Waterford, Munster. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support representatives to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer support roles and possess a strong sense of resourcefulness and adaptability.
Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of customer support representatives to provide excellent service to customers - Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues - Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed - Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution - Conduct regular performance reviews and set goals for team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer support roles - Strong leadership skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities - Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits
