Online Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

As an Online Client Relations Representative at Groupon International Limited, located in Waterford, Munster, IE, you will be responsible for managing client relationships in a fast-paced and dynamic online platform. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience, and we are looking for candidates who are driven, energetic, and possess strong leadership and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure client satisfaction - Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities to provide additional value - Analyze client data and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth - Collaborate with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell products and services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of service to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred - 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience with online customer service platforms is a plus - Must be willing to travel internationally - Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate
