Job Description - Online Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Online Customer Service Representative to join our team at Wayflyer in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally through online platforms, such as live chat, email, and social media. 2. Assist customers with order tracking, product information, returns, and other inquiries. 3. Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and implement strategic planning initiatives. 6. Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and issues. 7. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service roles. 2. Energetic and dedicated personality traits. 3. Strong strategic planning and teamwork skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in using online customer service tools and platforms. 7. Knowledge of customer service best practices and industry trends.
