The ideal candidate will have:

• Technical Background: Experience in Trades, Agriculture, Building, Safety, DIY, or similar fields is advantageous.
• Interpersonal Skills: Polite, patient, and helpful demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, possessing strong communication, organisational, and administrative skills.
• Initiative and Flexibility: Proactive approach with a willingness to contribute new ideas and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Reliability: Demonstrates flexibility and reliability in meeting job responsibilities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers upon entry and assisting them in finding the products they desire.
• Educating customers about the technical benefits of our product selection and confidently discussing these features.
• Merchandising within the retail unit and managing stock in the warehouse.
• Ensuring the retail space is consistently well-stocked and organised throughout the day.
• Providing exceptional customer service to enhance sales opportunities with each customer.
• Reporting any discrepancies or issues to the Business Manager promptly.
• Managing cash registers, including balancing receipts, and processing customer refunds.
