This includes journal entries, reconciliations, statutory reporting, and compliance activities. You'll also support the transition to our global business service center in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Execute general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Complete adjustments, accruals, and other journal entries per financial standards
• Lead statutory reporting and compliance activities, supporting audits
• Maintain accurate ledgers within SAP
• Respond to stakeholder information requests promptly
• Ensure financial information complies with standards and regulations
• Meet deadlines and escalate issues as needed
• Collaborate effectively within a team
• Support the US GAAP audit process
• Review and support indirect tax returns
• Ensure compliance with internal controls (SOX)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
• Preferred: CPA, CFA, CIMA, ACCA, ACA
• 2-4 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a GBS environment

Skills

• Experience with SAP S4 and/or ECC
• Strong business acumen and finance process knowledge
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and time management abilities
• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus
