Senior Human Resources Generalist (€55k) (Meath)Vickerstock is delighted to be working once again with one leading manufacturing organisations operating across 28 locations in Ireland. Due to a period of consistent growth, this organisation is going through an exciting renovation of it's Head Office based in Meath. As a result, they are seeking a Talented Senior HR Generalist to manage the HR functions within two specific business units whilst availing of a highly-competitive pay and benefits package. What will do you as the Senior Human Resources Generalist?As the Senior HR Generalist you will join a highly-experienced, collaborative and innovative HR team in which you will be responsible for completing the following tasks;Act as an Advisor to site management in all employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances and absence management. Partake in Recruitment and Selection processes- accompanying management in interviews, issuing job offers and completing reference checks.
