Senior Quantity Surveyor or Project Surveyor role for School Projects in North Dublin.

Job description:

To manage all costs relating to the school build project from the initial calculations to the final figures. Seeking to minimize the costs of the project and enhance value for money while still achieving the required standards and quality. Ensure that the project meets all legal and quality standards and specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role (Main Contractor experience preferred).
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
