€80-€110k (DOE) + Benefits + Hybrid

Job Description:

To manage all costs relating to residential construction projects from the initial calculations to the final figures. The goal is to minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while ensuring that the project meets all legal and quality standards and specifications.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar position on Residential Projects.
• Proven track record of delivering residential projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
