Job Description - Senior Sales Consultant

About this role:

We are looking for a self-motivated and target driven senior sales consultant who is passionate about sales & growing revenue. . This person will mentor two partner tier executives and drive Promoted Placement adoption & awareness. The successful candidate will take ownership of the Ireland estate which currently has 20% of partners on Promoted Placement. The role is fast-paced and KPI-focused, with a need for adaptation and excellent people skills. 

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Connect with a targeted list of existing restaurant partners via telephone, using a consultative approach to drive promoted placement sales and achieve targets. 

  • You will be responsible to maintain and grow the Ireland estate in revenue by making new sales, retaining partners & optimising existing partners budgets. 

  • You will use data to support your consultative approach conversation with partners to understand their impact on their Promoted Placement campaigns. 

  • You will work closely with the Partner Plan team and focus on upselling & retaining partner plan accounts. As apart of this, you will offer promoted placement to partner plan accounts to help support the growth of partner tier & promoted placement 

  • You will support & coach the partner tier executives as of when required and be the ‘go to’ person for any queries

  • Work closely with the IE account management team to understand partners trends and how best to achieve high value deals. 

  • Work closely with the strategic accounts to manage any chain deals where required. 

  • Report on your region monthly including trends that you deem to be important for your region

  • Planning your time effectively to maximise partner interactions whilst maintaining quality conversations

  • Respond to partner requests where applicable and ensure the correct internal sales processes are followed

  • Communicate cross-functionally and collaborate with other departments to build own knowledge and ultimately benefit our restaurant partners

  • Be a brand ambassador for Just Eat, represent the company to the highest possible standard over the phone
