My client; a well known fashion brand is seeking a sales focused Store Manager to join their high street store in Blanchardstown Dublin.

The ideal candidate will have a fashion management background and have experience hitting KPI's, driving merchandising initiatives and training teams of 10+.

Key Responsibilities for this Store Manager role:

• Oversee all operations on the shop floor and back of house.
• Driving KPI's and high sales targets throughout the store.
• Ensuring excellent visual merchandising and store layout is in line with company plan.
• Drive, coach, and mentor a hardworking team ensuring continuous training and development is provided.
• Drive operational standards throughout the store, by developing opportunities and brand promotion.

Skills and qualities required for this Store Manager job include:

• 2+ years experience as a Store Manager in a high street or department store.
• A proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPI's.
• Strong communicator and engaging personality.
• Keen eye for fashion, product placement and merchandising.
• A passion for providing excellent customer service.
• People management experience is essential.
