Our client, a dynamic and growing retailer, is seeking an enthusiastic Store Manager to lead their new store in Co. Waterford. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful retailer committed to providing exceptional service, a wide range of high-quality products, and a shopping experience like no other.

As Store Manager , you will play a crucial role in the successful launch and ongoing operation of this new store. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store performance, including sales, customer service, staff management, and inventory control.

Key responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Management: Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance with company policies, and maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Customer Focus: Cultivate a customer-centric culture, ensuring every shopper receives an exceptional experience.
• Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory audits, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
• Sales & Profitability: Drive sales growth, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.

Skills and experience required:

• 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume retailer.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating successful teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
